OMG. So sad that I have been away for so long. We've been experiencing computer and blogger compatibility issues for the last month and a half! But this past weekend I was gifted with a new laptop so I'm back in the saddle! I'm happy to be back and share vegan goodness with you!
The past few weeks have been interesting and great. I am participating in the Crazy Sexy Life Adventure Cleanse Tune-Up (ACT) hosted by the fantastic Kris Carr and the awesome CSL team. Today is day 17 of the 28 day cleanse and I've been feeling great. I am following level 3, which is about 80 percent raw. There are several levels to suit the comfort of participants. Basically, all the stuff that isn't good for you goes. Coffee, alcohol, sugar, wheat/gluten, meat and processed junk, negativity, self criticism and any other damaging habits. They also really encourage getting regular exercise, meditation, spending time in nature, dry brushing, lots of rest and self-love. I have learned so much these past two weeks and tried things I had never even heard of. Chia seed pudding for example. So good!! And, I think the best part is that I'm laying the groundwork for a permanent lifestyle. I think I'm addicted.
